My Philosophy
I believe in caring for people, not just treating an injury. When you come to physical therapy, I want to listen to your story, learn your goals, and work together to find the best plan to reach those goals. Whether that’s recreational or competitive athletics, a job, or playing with your grandkids, it’s so rewarding to reach those goals together. By assessing your movement patterns and identifying areas for improvement, I am able to design a personalized program to get you moving well again.
Education is a key component of physical therapy, and I hope to learn as much from my patients as I am able to teach them. Professionally, I have a special interest in endurance athletics, orthopedic and sports injuries, and injury prevention.
My Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of Evansville in 2013. Through this opportunity, I was able to work with Division I athletes in many different sports. After graduation, I stayed on at Evansville for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Because of my special interest in athletics and runners, I completed a sports residency with Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I’m excited to join the team at Kepros PT, and to learn every day from my patients and colleagues! When I’m not at work, I love being outdoors, running, and competing in triathlons.
