My Philosophy

I believe in caring for people, not just treating an injury. When you come to physical therapy, I want to listen to your story, learn your goals, and work together to find the best plan to reach those goals. Whether that’s recreational or competitive athletics, a job, or playing with your grandkids, it’s so rewarding to reach those goals together. By assessing your movement patterns and identifying areas for improvement, I am able to design a personalized program to get you moving well again.

Education is a key component of physical therapy, and I hope to learn as much from my patients as I am able to teach them. Professionally, I have a special interest in endurance athletics, orthopedic and sports injuries, and injury prevention.

My Background

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of Evansville in 2013. Through this opportunity, I was able to work with Division I athletes in many different sports. After graduation, I stayed on at Evansville for my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Because of my special interest in athletics and runners, I completed a sports residency with Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I’m excited to join the team at Kepros PT, and to learn every day from my patients and colleagues! When I’m not at work, I love being outdoors, running, and competing in triathlons.

We are so thankful for the care that the Kepros team has provided for Lily. When she started the season with an IT band injury we were concerned about what type of season she may have. Huge thanks to Andrea and Jenna for problem solving ways she could continue to train- always going above and beyond to communicate with her coaches. They have celebrated her successes this season right along with us! The Kepros team is the best!

Physical Therapist — Cedar Rapids

I have been to several physical therapists in the past several years and I’m so glad I took a friend’s recommendation to try Kepros. I had rotator cuff surgery and had no idea what a process it was going to be to rehab from the surgery, the therapists at Kepros took me through the long process with care and compassion. My favorite part of Kepros is that you receive videos of your exercise demonstrating how the exercise should be done, instead of trying to figure out a diagram.

I would highly recommend Kepros Physical Therapy to anyone who needs to rehab and heal. They are great! Thank you for getting me back to normal and functioning once again.
