My Philosophy
As a Cedar Rapids native, I am passionate about giving back to the community in which I grew up. I love getting the opportunity to work one-on-one and build relationships with individuals as we work together to improve your mobility, restore your function, and get you back on track to a healthier you. I believe physical therapy is about treating the whole person rather than just the injury and providing treatments tailored to the individual.
At Kepros PT, we take a progressive and collaborative approach with each of our patients in order to deliver the best patient care experience. I am eager and excited to learn new ideas and techniques so that I can better myself as a clinician and improve my patients’ outcomes. My professional interests include orthopedic and sports related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
My Background
In 2012 I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Physiology and in 2014 I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, both from the University of Iowa. I am an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association & Sports Section. When not in the clinic I enjoy running, hiking, fishing trips to Canada and hanging out with friends and family.
