My Philosophy

The energizer bunny - this is a name I have earned from a multitude of patients. I am always going to be your #1 cheerleader, whether you are my current or previous patient. I am dedicated to helping anyone and everyone become a better version of themselves, no matter their background.

I look forward to helping individuals of all ages and abilities reach their goals and max functional ability.

My Background

I am a graduate of the University of Iowa Physical Therapy program. I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Northern Iowa. I am an avid runner, always training for the next challenge and I enjoy playing various sports including pickleball and volleyball. Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, my husband and I have recently moved to the Cedar Rapids area and look forward to building our life in the Corridor.
